5 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The e-mail address and any other personal data voluntarily included by the User to identify him/herself in his/her e-mail to the Law Firm, as well as the Internet Protocol addresses relating to his/her Internet connection, are the only personal information that may be collected through the Site and processed by the Law Firm.

 

The person in charge of the processing of Personal Data is Cabinet Hamzi, for its own account, which undertakes that the collection and processing of personal data from the Site are made in accordance with the Dahir No. 1-09-15 of 22 safar 1430 (18 February 2009) promulgating the law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

 

The Personal Data collector is Hamzi Law Firm, for its own account, which undertakes that the collection and processing of personal data from the Site are made in accordance with the Dahir No. 1-09-15 of 22 safar 1430 (18 February 2009) promulgating the law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

 

This data is kept and used solely for the purpose of replying to emails sent to the Law Firm and its members. A valid e-mail address of the User must be provided to the Law Firm in order for it to reply to the e-mail sent. The above-mentioned data is kept for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

 

Users’ Internet Protocol addresses are kept by the Firm for the sole purpose of examining any malfunctions of the Site, ensuring the security of the Site and/or the servers on which it is hosted and, if necessary, making anonymous statistical calculations.

In accordance with Article 7 of Law No. 09-08, each User who proves his or her identity may demand that personal data concerning him or her that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated, or whose use or storage would be prohibited, be rectified, completed, updated or deleted, as appropriate.
